Community race guides often pair Observation with Skypiean because of the sky-island identity. That is a theme, not a confirmed exclusive lock. Observation posters can still be mixed with Armament and Conquerors cards.
How Observation fits a build
Use Observation when you want the Haki layer to cover defense, reaction, or information instead of only raw melee hardening. The six-slot rule still applies: Observation does not need to fill every slot.
Poster drop details currently come from community chest notes: a low drop chance, a Belly cost, a small number of uses, and a restock timer. Exact Observation poster names are still community-labeled.
